The marked price imbalances don't seem to qualify for highlighting, yet they are. The diagonal compares are too close to be worthy of highlighting... unless I am not understanding how to use the Percent Compare input settings? Please enlighten me, thanks! |

The information for how that text coloring is done is at the following link: Numbers Bars: Text Coloring Based on Diagonal Dominant AskVol BidVol to Volume at Price Percentage And since you have "Percent Compare Thresholds" set to "0.7, 0.82, 0.95", you are going to get some coloring of the numbers as long as it is a dominant value. All of this is explained in the section referenced above. If this is not what you want, then what exactly are you wanting to see? From the Help, I understand that based on: 0.0% - 24.9% = Up/Down Range 0 Color …in my example 0% to 70% would get colored a dark blue (16,94,116). However this is not happening as you can see. Many of the numbers are colored default (gray). Please integrate an explanation for the threshold between default coloring and Range 0 coloring and then I think I will understand. Thank you |

My goal is to highlight diagonal imbalances of (say) 200% or more, 300% or more, and 400% or more, but using percent compare method not actual. It’s not clear how to do this based on values like .25, .5, .75 as these don’t translate to 200/300/400 etc easily. Thanks

It sounds like you want to use the following text coloring method: - Based On Diagonal Dominant Ask Vol Bid Vol Percentage You would then use "Percent Compare Thresholds" setting of (2, 3, 4) to get 200%, 300% and 400% levels. Refer to the following: Numbers Bars: Text Coloring Based on Diagonal Dominant Side AskVol BidVol Percentage For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
