The information for how that text coloring is done is at the following link: Numbers Bars: Text Coloring Based on Diagonal Dominant AskVol BidVol to Volume at Price Percentage And since you have "Percent Compare Thresholds" set to "0.7, 0.82, 0.95", you are going to get some coloring of the numbers as long as it is a dominant value.
