Dear Sierra chart Support. I am running into something I am just unable to solve. I have a spreadsheet for trading running on a single chart. Not many lines. In some occassions the system enters and exits trades as designed. However, at a certain point, immediately after entering a position, the "trade connecting" line appears to a future date. So to be clear, in the example I will provide with screenshots, I enter long, and the position instantly shows a 12K negative balance, shows no position is enterred on the spreadsheet. When I look for where and how the position was exited, I have to go all the way to the current time and the line still continues to the future, withou a visible red exit triangle. If I look for the trade in the trade acitivity log, it is empty. The system will not enter into any new trades after this event. Now this got me stunned. I tried everything. I have spitted through dozens of discussion board posts, changed settings, changed formulas, simplified things.. The same things happens at this specific entry every single time. Attached are some screenshots. I am eagerly awaiting your response. best regards, Balazs |

In the Trade Activity Log, you need to set the Symbol to the specific symbol you want to display. It is not set correctly. We want you to follow the instructions here: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity And see if the Transaction Date-Time of any of the Fills is not accurate.
