Dear Sierra chart Support. I am running into something I am just unable to solve. I have a spreadsheet for trading running on a single chart. Not many lines. In some occassions the system enters and exits trades as designed. However, at a certain point, immediately after entering a position, the "trade connecting" line appears to a future date. So to be clear, in the example I will provide with screenshots, I enter long, and the position instantly shows a 12K negative balance, shows no position is enterred on the spreadsheet. When I look for where and how the position was exited, I have to go all the way to the current time and the line still continues to the future, withou a visible red exit triangle. If I look for the trade in the trade acitivity log, it is empty. The system will not enter into any new trades after this event. Now this got me stunned. I tried everything. I have spitted through dozens of discussion board posts, changed settings, changed formulas, simplified things.. The same things happens at this specific entry every single time.
