Set up has taken over 3 weeks- cost about $150- still have not tried Sierra- Help

Hi, I would like to try your service. A friend likes it. I signed up for the free trial bc I already pay for a charting service. The trial would not run the system (data issues etd). My friend said she just gave up on the trial and chose package 10 and paid. I did the same. Still no data worked- so I funded an edge clear account. I have yet to actually see what sierra is like and if I like it and I have spent around $200. Edge took forever to process my app and still has not applied funds I sent 10 days ago to my account. Thats not your fault- or mine- but I am the paying customer and yours is the service I am attempting to trial. Can you please extend my trail- this has been not good and I am close to giving up. Customer experience has been far less than satisfying or even reasonable. |

I opened edge clear ironbeam bc I thought it was what Sierra recommended. i trade futures. I have a great history with Apex and those are the futures I trade some indexes, some metals, some commodities some currencies some treasuries. So I activated last night some data in Sierra I believe for $5/month? I have Sierra, I have funded Edge Clear. I have turned on data and paid for it with Sierra. What else do I need to do? I want live data to trade. Do I need historical data to chart? I apologize i have never needed to do so much in the past (other broker/charting services). Thank you for patience... |

From what we see, the last thing you need to do is to connect your Sierra Chart to your Edge Clear/Ironbeam account.
