I have level 12 and CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX data feed exchanges activated. I have Rithmic as my main data feed since I'm playing APEX accounts. I also have enabled "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" enabled. I have NQ and ES as my primary symbols I trade and they display fine. However, I tried to pull up YM and CL and it says Historical Download Skipped and just displays a blank screen. I looked at a few support threads and nothing helped. I deleted and downloaded data also. I restarted SC as well. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks, Tom |

This is statement is not true: CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX data feed exchanges activated.
You only have the following exchange activated: - CME with Market Depth for non-professional trading accounts As such, you only have access to the data from the CME exchange (not the full CME Group). YM and CL are traded on the CBOT and NYMEX respectively. Therefore, you are trying to get the data for those two symbols from Rithmic, which appears to not be working for some reason. In order to get the data from us for those exchanges, you would need to activate the appropriate exchange(s) at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you need market depth for all of these symbols, then it would be best to deactivate the current exchange you have active, and activate the following instead: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts The reason for this is that the cost for the Full CME Group is the same as activating 3 of the 4 CME Group exchanges. Note that with regards to the exchanges, they renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated and they do not give refunds. Therefore, if you were to activate an exchange today (February 21, 2024) you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of this month. And then you will pay again on the first day of next month. Also, when you deactivate an exchange, you are only setting it to not renew - you will continue to get the data from that exchange through the remainder of this month. Given the above, you may want to wait to activate a new exchange until the first day of the next month. Then why does the screenshot attached for my account show a green highlight and says CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX?

You now have active the entire CME Group with market depth data. Also the screenshot you provided, lists all of the exchanges but it does not mean that those exchanges are actually active on your account. It is just a link to the page, to activate the exchanges. You have to go to that page itself to see what is actually active. Although at this time you do have the entire CME group active.
