Delayed data

I have service package 5 with delayed data...Most of my charts ie. footprint , vwap and price checks are all delayed way more then 10 minutes. They are all different in thier delay time some are an hour delayed. First time ive ever had this problem so its not a connectivity problem.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I did all that but there is no option to open any of the charts I have. I use G7FX charts they provided.

Here are the slightly modified instructions for what you need to do:

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol" and enter the symbol in the "Selected Symbol" field then select the "Open Intraday Chart" button.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
