So, i've been wanting to trade a simulation account on the MES, i want to trade 2 contracts but no matter if i put 2, 3, or even 4 my trades still come out to be a quantity of 1 contract do i need to do something here ?

First of all, we noticed that your account is not activated for the trial. We we have taken care of this for you. Without the activation, you are limited on what you can do on the system, and although we are not certain, we are wondering if this may be why you are having the issue with the quantity. The other thing to check is to ensure you are making changes on the correct Trading Window. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Trade Window Settings Not Applying to Chart or Trading DOM -- Separately, we see that you have activated the "Full CME Group" exchange. While you are on a trial, you can not access the real-time data for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, unless you are wanting this exchange for when you activate a paid package, we recommend you deactivate the exchange so you do not pay again for it next month. ok after the activation of the trial, and the deactivation of the unnecessary package i still can't trade 2 contracts on MES on a simulation account. I made sure to have the right trade window settings. My trade window is visible and fills orders however when i select a quantity of 2 or even higher, i can get 5 points and it still be worth 1 contract ($25) when it should be ($50)

Are you seeing the position line on your chart, and what is the quantity showing in that position line? Also look at your Trade Activity Log and see what it is showing for the quantity of the order and that it filled to that quantity. Where are you viewing the profit you are stating of $25.00? Yes , so the line even shows i put an order in for 2 contracts (as i watch each point go in profit for 1 contract worth, not 2 ) My trade activity log also shows the trade quantity to be 2 once again the p/l does not match with that quantity I made 5 points on one trade on the mes and made $25, however i selected 2 contracts still came to be $25 |

Please give us an image of where you are seeing the profit of $25.00. Also check your "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Currency Value per Tick" and ensure this is set to 1.25.
