We need more information. In particular: - What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? - What is the symbol of the chart? - What exactly is occurring on your Sierra Chart? - Are you getting any error messages when you submit an order? - After you submit an order is there anything in the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" that shows an error or rejection? If so, what does it state? You can post your entire log here if you want. You are not connected to your trading service. You state that your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services". Who is your broker and what order routing service are you setup to use with them? We can then point you to the proper instructions to connect to your broker.
