We need more information. In particular: - What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? - What is the symbol of the chart? - What exactly is occurring on your Sierra Chart? - Are you getting any error messages when you submit an order? - After you submit an order is there anything in the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" that shows an error or rejection?
