Price updating but chart frozen

As per screenshot below my chart is not updating but the DOM/price scale is.

This is happening across all asset classes I watch connected to the Rithmic service (not the 1st time either).

Tried disconnecting/restarting but this didn't solve the problem.

Using Seirra version 1169

We have some other reports of this and we are not sure why this is happening.

Uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. After this, select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Let us know if that solves it.

If not, what are the Session Times set to in Chart >> Chart Settings?

My mistake - wasn't aware of the session time settings and the default settings explain why the chart stopped updating for the last hour. Working fine now.
