We have some other reports of this and we are not sure why this is happening.

Uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. After this, select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Let us know if that solves it.

If not, what are the Session Times set to in Chart >> Chart Settings?
