Hello What service/package do I need, to get the following for Equities: 1) Full Market Depth(across Nasdaq,NYSE,Amex) real-time DOM and historical heatmap. Currently I use Quantower with Dxfeed Nasdaq TotalView. Former user of Bookmap. Can Sierra Chart leverage Dxfeed data feed? Is the Denali Exchange data feed a superset of DxFeed Nasdaq Total view? 2) Volume Profile 3) Market Profile/TPO 4) Footprint chart with bar statistics Same question, but also include Futures(only Equity Indices on CME) with full market depth.., what do I need? What'd the total monthly fee that includes the usage of Sierra Chart + required packages? Thank you |

The package you would need would be the "Integrated Advanced" package (Package 11). You need this in order to be able to have access to the real-time data and for the specific options you want (TPO and Numbers Bars). For the data, we have two data feeds for U.S. Equities: - NASDAQ TotalView: Just has the volume information for the NASDAQ exchange and has Market Depth information. - U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape: Has the full volume information for all exchanges for an instrument, does not have any Market Depth data. You can also purchase both of these and combine them by using a suffix of _MBO for the symbol (IBM_MBO). This will then give you the full volume information with the market depth from the NASDAQ TotalView. There is nothing different you need for the CME Group data, apart from purchasing it. But, you do need to keep in mind that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees for the CME Group, and you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart to that account at least once a month. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges The costs for the above are the following: - Integrated Advanced Package: $46.00 per month (can be reduced by purchasing 3 or 6 months up front) - NASDAQ TotalView exchange: $16.00 per month - U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape: $10.00 per month - CME Group Data: Depends on what you need, can range from $2.00 to $37.50 per month. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks for the info. So for the stocks,I will go ahead with the Package 11 + NasdaqTotal View + US Equities Consolidated tape. I do need the full volume across all exchanges + full market depth data for a given ticker. For the Equity index futures, presently I use Amp broker+Quantower.Believe Sierra Chart works with Amp, if I am not mistaken? ..but dont see it under the list of supported trading services. I do have another account with IB, but not using it actively. Ideally, would like to have a single platform(SC) for both Stocks and Emini Futures and be able to switch between them seamlessly. Stock trading will be done with Dastrader..but Emini futures I'd like to leverage Sierra chart for trading connected to Amp, preferably. Pls advise, if this is feasible. |

You can definitely use Sierra Chart with AMP for trading futures. It sounds like you are only trading the CME Group in particular (E-Mini Futures), therefore we recommend using our "Teton Order Routing Service" with AMP. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing You would get the data from us for this by following the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* With regards to trading U.S. Equities, we only have support for trading through Interactive Brokers. Refer to the information here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service If you go forward with using Sierra Chart and connecting to both AMP and Interactive Brokers, then you would want to have two installations of Sierra Chart to do this. And you will want these installations to be on the same computer. When they are, then there are no additional fees you need to deal with. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks again for the info. For the US Equities, I plan to use Sierra Chart, only for the charting/volume profile/footprint/TPO/MarketDepth Heatmap. Trading, I'd continue with DasTrader connected to TDAmeritrade, Not Interactive Brokers. For the CME Emini Futures, like you advised, I'll plan to use SierraChart + Teton ORder Routing + AMP , for trading+charting. Just to confirm, for the CME Emini futures, all I'd pay for is the Denali Exchange Data feed , as Teton Order routing is free for SC users("The Teton Futures Order Routing service has a zero cost per transaction for Sierra Chart users. ") ? Also does this setup(ie Equities Charting + EminiFutures trading(w/Teton/AMP) require two installs of SierraChart? |

Since you are just charting the U.S. Equities, then what you want to do is fine. And you would not need two installations, you can do everything within a single one, as you will be able to get the U.S. Equities data while connected to the Teton Order Routing Service. And yes, there are not fees, on our part, for using the Teton Order Routing Service. To us, you will be paying for your Package fee and your data fees. Just keep in mind, AMP will have their own brokerage fees, that they charge. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have AMP (but haven't actually placed a live trade yet). If you are using Teton, which gets very high marks, you'll want to switch to the Teton service in AMP. Go to 'Trade Desk' | 'Live Trading Setup Requests'. For Request Type select 'Existing...' and for 'Which Datafeed' you want 'Teton (Sierra Chart)'. Since I haven't placed a trade yet, so I don't know if AMP will charge you a transaction fee (not the same as a commission fee). I'm also looking Edge Clear with Ironbeam, as they don't charge transaction fees. |
