Hello What service/package do I need, to get the following for Equities: 1) Full Market Depth(across Nasdaq,NYSE,Amex) real-time DOM and historical heatmap. Currently I use Quantower with Dxfeed Nasdaq TotalView. Former user of Bookmap. Can Sierra Chart leverage Dxfeed data feed? Is the Denali Exchange data feed a superset of DxFeed Nasdaq Total view? 2) Volume Profile 3) Market Profile/TPO 4) Footprint chart with bar statistics Same question, but also include Futures(only Equity Indices on CME) with full market depth.., what do I need? What'd the total monthly fee that includes the usage of Sierra Chart + required packages? Thank you
