How can I stop the system notification messages spamming me about upcoming due balances?

I'm not broke but I don't like leaving money in my account here when it could be put to use elsewhere. No offense.

I click on the "Do not show again" button and every time I boot up Sierra Chart it's there waiting for me like a predator in the bush. I have bad OCD and sometimes I just open and close Sierra Chart dozens of times in a row because the seconds it took to open the platform and all of my desired chartbooks isn't evenly divisible by two. Having this message spammed at me potentially 50 times over the course of 5 minutes is driving me insane.

HOW CAN I STOP IT!?

Also, when is CME data rebilled? I don't want to buy it on the 31st and end up paying for one day of data when it's set to restart on the 1st, since you can only pay for the month you're in. Does the CME data renewal kick in at CME open on the day before the 1st of the month (18:00 EST)? If I manually purchase data after the 18:00EST CME open will I be okay?

I may just have to leave $37.50 in the account at all times so these shenanigans can finally end.

We will check on why this is the case:

We are not understanding this:
sometimes I just open and close Sierra Chart dozens of times in a row because the seconds it took to open the platform and all of my desired chartbooks isn't evenly divisible by two
Why would you be opening and closing Sierra Chart repeatedly?

One thing that we did is that the System Notification Messages do not show on a sub instance.

Also, when is CME data rebilled?
If any exchange fee is active, and then when the new month comes, it automatically renews in the new month. It is something like one or two hours into the new month in UTC time. There is never a need to be concerned about any type of double billing once an exchange is activated sometime within a month, and adding credit to your account and having it automatically renew. There is not a problem at all.

My friend posted this. Ignore last message. I have deposited funds and it doesn't show up anymore, although it would not close when the box was checked.
