I have connected Teton Routing and Ironbeam as Service and Clearing Firm, but i can find nowhere to input my account username and password to actually connect to my Apex Evaluator account

You have us confused. Are you trying to connect to Teton or to Apex?

Apex does not use our Teton order routing for their purposes, rather they use Rithmic. So if you are trying to connect to an Apex account, then you will need to follow the instructions at the following link:

If you have both a Teton account for live trading and an Apex Prop Firm account, then we recommend that you have 2 separate installations of Sierra Chart on your computer, one for Teton and one for Apex. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:
