You have us confused. Are you trying to connect to Teton or to Apex? Apex does not use our Teton order routing for their purposes, rather they use Rithmic. So if you are trying to connect to an Apex account, then you will need to follow the instructions at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you have both a Teton account for live trading and an Apex Prop Firm account, then we recommend that you have 2 separate installations of Sierra Chart on your computer, one for Teton and one for Apex.
