Hi Support, I'm sure this is quite simple, but I've been playing around for ages now without any luck! I'm trying to setup a basic Attached Order with 2 x take profits and 1 x stop loss. Target 1: OCO Group 1, Limit Offset 10, Quantity 1. Target 2: OCO Group 2, Limit Offset 20, Quantity 1. Stop All: OCO Group All, Stop Offset 15. When I place a market order either buy or sell, Target 1 and Stop All are created on the chart, but not Target 2. I have my contract quantity set to 2 (one for each take profit level), but I just cannot get it to work. I do not have 'Hide pending attached orders' ticked. It also appears that it's only opening 1 contract, not the two I've selected - this is using a Trade Simulator account btw. Please see attached screenshot with trade open: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=170654153685.png Many thanks again! Bill |

Parent order quantity is set to 2, makes no difference I'm afraid (screenshot attached). Thanks, Bill |

We would need to see the Targets tab of your Trade Window to see how you have things setup in there. It should look like the following (ignoring the Move to Breakeven for the Stop): Attached Orders: 2 Targets and Common Stop with Move to Breakeven on First Target For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks John, I actually followed this guide so all is correct, I even downloaded the twconfig file and applied it still with no luck, it's really strange! Please see attached pic. Cheers, Bill |

That should definitely put two Target orders in with the main order. What exactly are you seeing on the chart? Did you shrink the chart scale down enough to see the second target at 20 ticks above the order? If it is still not there, then look at your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is an order rejection for some reason. You can post that here if you want us to look at it. If there is nothing obvious in there, then look at your "Trade >> Trade Activity Log >> Trade Activity" and find the orders when they are put in and there should be something explaining why the second target is not going properly. Thanks John, The Trade Service Log was key - I did not have enough margin as per the default settings to open the second limit order. Many thanks for your help, Bill |
