That should definitely put two Target orders in with the main order. What exactly are you seeing on the chart? Did you shrink the chart scale down enough to see the second target at 20 ticks above the order? If it is still not there, then look at your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is an order rejection for some reason. You can post that here if you want us to look at it. If there is nothing obvious in there, then look at your "Trade >> Trade Activity Log >> Trade Activity" and find the orders when they are put in and there should be something explaining why the second target is not going properly.
