Historical data not loading , permission denied Rithmic .denali not loading historical

I cannot get Rithmic historical data to load . 2nd post about this . I have read all the docs on this and feel I’m going round in circles . Other Rithmic acc I have works ,loads fine . Done all delete all data and download, translate symbols etc etc Seemingly Denali feed can load the data and trade thru Rithmic account by leaving the market data and historical data blank ? . Tried this so it was Denali loading the historical data but it showed the same message and did not load historical data ?. Annoyingly it had been loading fine don’t know what has changed Thinking it was maybe the instance I logged into the instance that is working fine , but still the same charts seem to load from when I log on and only load bars on the left side of the screen and load as the day goes on Thankyou in advance for any advice |

Please get us the Message Log from when you are connected to the Rithmic account that is NOT working by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is.
