I went to Global Settings - Time Zone Settings, and was unable to change my Siera Chart time to EST. What do I need to do?

What exactly is not working? Were not able to select the time zone you wanted in the Global Time Zone Settings? If not, what happened? If you have a particular chart that has not changed to the Global Time Zone setting, then that would be because that chart is set to use a specific time zone and not the Global Time Zone. If you want it to use the Global Time Zone then change the setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Time >> Time Zone" to "Use Global Time Zone".
