Hello
I have an account with your company and I trade Nasdaq and SP500 futures.
I have the following questions for you:
- I am currently using package 11 - Evaluate Highest Available Service Package with Denali Exchange Data Feed.
If I want to switch to the lower package 10, can I do it anytime ? How is the money deducted from my account ? And if I switch to package 10, can I switch back to package 11 in a week ?
- I have set up a Teton Order Routing Service connection with my AMP broker. Do I still need to take action of connecting once a month for further verification of a funded trading account?
- I haven't used Sierra in a while. When I start it now some Chartbooks are not loading (Chartbook file is not compatible) see: https://i.imgur.com/gO4kx8X.png . How should I proceed to get the chartbooks back up ?

You can change your package at any time. When you change your package we do not give a refund nor do we ask for a payment. Rather, we adjust the remaining Usage Time in your account based on the difference in price of the packages. Therefore if you change to a higher priced package, your remaining Usage Time will go down, and vice versa.
