Hi Sierra Chart Team, After some reading in this forum, I still have some questions. I‘m a funded trader and already pay the data fee from Topstep. I totally understand that you can‘t do anything about it. What is the smallest service package I need to use? I want to use the provided Data feed from topstep (Rithmic) and just want to use SC as a platform. If I change my mind, can I switch to another package and use Denali later? |

In order to be able to connect to a trading service and to be able to get real-time data, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages The particular Integrated package you need depends on your charting requirements. You can always change to a different package at any time. When you do, we do not ask for payment or issue a refund, rather we adjust the remaining Usage Time based on the difference in price of the packages. So if you change to a more expensive package, then your remaining Usage Time will go down, and vice versa. And, you can always add our Denali data at any time as well. Thanks John! So that means if I want to use the DOM and T&S with Rithmic I need to use SP 12 to enable this in the Chart because of the MBO Data? At the Moment I use the DOM from another tool and it works very good. Not sure it this question is stupid 😅

You do not need to be on Package 12 to get the Market Depth data in general (all packages allow you to view the Market Depth in the DOM, although the Advanced package is needed to view the Market Depth Historical Graph). But in order to view the Market by Order data in particular, you would need to be on Package 12 (Integrated Advanced). Refer to the information on MBO data at the following link: Market By Order Data Note that in order to get the MBO data, you need to be using our Denali Exchange Data Feed and have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth data.
