In order to be able to connect to a trading service and to be able to get real-time data, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages The particular Integrated package you need depends on your charting requirements. You can always change to a different package at any time. When you do, we do not ask for payment or issue a refund, rather we adjust the remaining Usage Time based on the difference in price of the packages. So if you change to a more expensive package, then your remaining Usage Time will go down, and vice versa. And, you can always add our Denali data at any time as well.
