Attached Order Not Showing up on Chart

Recently, I've started evaluation account with topstep and when I place an attached order, I'm not seeing it on my chart. I'm unable to chart trade. I've turned on the chart trade mode and still not seeing the attached order on my chart. When I place trade in the SIM mode, I see the attached order on my chart but when I place an order in my combine account, I don't see it on my chart. Could you please help me address this issue?

It sounds like your orders are being rejected with TopStep. After you place an order that does not show up, select "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is information in there on what the problem might be. You can post the contents of the log to this thread for us to take a look if it is not obvious.

Also check your Trade Activity Log and see if the Fills are in there for the orders. If they are not, then review the "Order" information and look at the "Order Action Source" to see if it gives any information on why the order did not get filled.

I don't know what happened but I started seeing the attached order today along with the fills which I didn't see before. Anyway, thank you for the reply and if the problem arises again, i'll do what you advised me to do. Thank you!
