I just paid for package 12 for 6 months by mistake I want to switch to package 11 6 months can i get a refund? |

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. Hi. I want to change package 11 for 6 months to 12 for 6 month. Is the 20% discount still available? Do I need to make a payment to do this? One more question. I want to use "COMEX with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" to see DOM and Heatmap. It works only with package 12, right? |

Follow these instructions to change your package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package The discounted percentage holds true when changing packages (i.e. if you change from Package 11 for 6 months, then you change to Package 12, the costs that are used for both packages are the 6 month costs. So you are not losing any money when changing packages. -- You can be on either of the "Integrated Advanced" packages in order to view the Market Depth Historical Graph (Heatmap). You do NOT need to be on Package 12 (Integrated Advanced with MBO) specifically. Package 12 gives you the ability to view the Market by Order (MBO) data.
