Hello
I have purchased package 11 in Sierra chart.
I received live trading credentials from AMP. I want to connect my AMP account to Sierra Chart. I need to send the TRADE DESK / LIVE TRADING / SETUP APPLICATION / EXISTING CONFIGURATIONS request again
and I have to choose one of these: CQG ORDER ROUTING ONLY or SIERRA DENALI NO DATA ORDER ROUTING ONLY

If you are only trading the CME Group, then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing Service with AMP. Refer to the following:

We do not know which particular choice you need to make on the AMP website to select this, nor do we know what the difference is between "CQG Order Routing Only" and "Sierra Denali No Data Order Routing Only". You would have to ask AMP what they mean by these (perhaps the latter is the Teton Order Routing?).

But do I need any other datafeed to connect Sierra Chart with amp if I have package 11?
And what's there is enough for me.
In AMP there is a selection of Teton (Sierra Chart) is this the correct option for package 11?

You do not need any data from AMP. You will get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is required, as you would be setup with either CQG or Teton with AMP, and we do not support data for The CME Group and EUREX from CQG, and Teton is our own Order Routing, so you would have to get the data from us.

Therefore, what we need to know is if you are only trading on the CME Group?

If the answer is 'Yes', then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing. If you choose this option with AMP, then follow the instructions at the following link:

Note that in those instructions it tells you to setup the data for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group. You need to do this, so do not skip those steps.

Yes, only the CME group.
I see that my AMP account is already in Sierra Chart, but my data is still delayed. Is one of the conditions to have funds in Sierra Chart in Services Balance above $200?

I just chose Teton routing only, then made a sierra account and paid $36 for the Package 11 and my feed has been real time since then. You can also do a trial of some of the other packages like 12 . I only trade CME instruments.

My trading account was previously available in the window where sim1 is located and it disappeared. I haven't used Sierra for some time. Do I need to activate it again in AMP?

It depends on what you are wanting to do. What is the reason you want to see the previous account?

Also, when you connect to AMP, if you still have that same account, then it will be available for selection.

I mean, I could switch between the demo and the real account and now there is no such option, there is only the demo. So how can I start playing on a real account on Sierra?

If want to use your real account, then you need to connect to your trading service. Are you setup to connect to your AMP account using CQG or Teton?

Our servers show that your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services". This means that you are only connecting to Sierra Chart and not to your trading service. This is fine for testing and learning, but to be able to trade live, you need to connect to your live trading account.

We can point you to the proper instructions to connect if you let us know if you are using CQG or Teton for your order routing with AMP.

Not necessarily. It depends on what you are wanting to do.

If you want to connect to your existing account setup with AMP, then you would follow the appropriate instructions on our site to connect. We would need to know what order routing service you are setup to use with AMP, and then we can point you to the proper instructions.

If you are wanting to change your order routing service to our Teton Order Routing Service, then you would need to start with AMP and have them change your setup with them. Follow the instructions at the following link for this:

Hello,

I am trying to add AMP (already have Dorman) but have not been successful. On the AMP website I can see service requests for either the Teton or Teton routing only. (Please see screenshot below). I am assuming one of those two need to be enabled vs what is assigned now which shows CQG (no date, routing only).

I tried adding my AMP account to SC through the Data/Trade Service Settings but it did not do anything and the account did not get listed in the drop down menu for the Trading panel.

Please advise.

You are either setup with CQG or Teton with AMP. From what you show, you are setup with CQG, in which case you need to follow the instructions at the following link to connect to your CQG account:

If you want to use our Teton Order Routing Service with AMP, then you need to change your setup with AMP first and let them know that you want to change from using CQG to Teton. And refer to the following instructions for how to setup the Teton Order Routing Service:
