Our servers show that your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services". This means that you are only connecting to Sierra Chart and not to your trading service. This is fine for testing and learning, but to be able to trade live, you need to connect to your live trading account.

We can point you to the proper instructions to connect if you let us know if you are using CQG or Teton for your order routing with AMP.
