It's been over 6 hours since market open and I'm still getting this same message. Is there anyone that's been able to successfully download historical intraday data?

The data will download but it will take time but it actually might fail thinking about it since there would be several timeouts. We are working on the issue now.

Before we got to this we had to work through some other issues, and also think through this carefully in order to not cause any side effects.

We are also going to over the next few days, work on a solution or come up with some kind of solution to avoid this problem to begin with. However, inherently it is difficult. If there are numerous servers down, and a lot of servers available, then they are going to get iterated through and they will all fail with a default 20 seconds timeout that the operating system sets.

The basic idea is that we would reduce this timeout. Maybe make it user adjustable. At the very least we could cut it down to 10 seconds.

Could you please help fix missing data too?

The intraday chart already fixed. But, the historical chart still missing yesterday candle data.

There will not be any daily data for yesterday for the CME Group, since it was considered a holiday. This is how they do it, it is not something we do or have control over.
