Candles In Numbers Bars show 0's. How to fix the issue?

Hi Guys , I have a question about Numbers Bars (foot print). When I open any of the Forex pairs the foot print charts are working properly for all the pairs and all the time frames except None of them work for Daily or Weekly charts. They all show 0's. Is there anyway it can be reset so the weekly and daily chart works properly? Its showing the candle moving and forming but all the numbers inside are 0's. Please let me know how that can be fixed. The other time frames work properly. Just weekly and daily doesnt work. Showing 0's. |

You can not use the Numbers Bars on historical daily data. The Bid/Ask information is not present in that data. If you want to have daily or higher timeframes, you need to force the use of Intraday data by setting the "Chart Data Type" to "Intraday Chart Only". Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Chart Data Type (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Date Range and Limiting Method menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
