You can not use the Numbers Bars on historical daily data. The Bid/Ask information is not present in that data.

If you want to have daily or higher timeframes, you need to force the use of Intraday data by setting the "Chart Data Type" to "Intraday Chart Only". Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Chart Data Type (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Date Range and Limiting Method menu)
