i have closed and open sierra multiple times with gaps in between but it says im connect to data feed but not updating market i also have tried disconnecting and reconnecting service still wont upload and start showing market as is now

you can see its 11:15 but chart only shows to 10:36

One of the issues (and probably the entire issue) is that your "Verified Until" date is currently January 5, 2024. Therefore, you are not able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed until you connect your Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following for the information on this:

Therefore, the data you are currently getting is from Rithmic, and we do not provide any help with Rithmic data due to the issues with it.
