Is the Nasdaq Total View Real Time Data still free for SC Package 11 subscribers?

Hello, I have SC Package 11 and wanted to access the Nasdaq Total View Real Time data feed. According to this thread from 2022, it states that "There is no cost for the exchange in February 2022. So you will not be billed 16 USD for this month, assuming you are a nonprofessional." How to Use New NASDAQ Total View Data Feed In the Denali Data Feed Nasdaq activate page, the cost shows up as $16. The exchange is not free of cost. That was a one time situation when we were first rolling out the exchange. The cost of the exchange is $16.00. Also keep in mind that we have the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange now as well, which costs $10.00 per month, but it does not have the Market Depth data. Is the free data provided by the exchange delayed by 15 minutes? Is there any free real time data for AMZN, AAPL, GOOGL, TSLA, NVDA, MSFT? Just monitoring the % change from open on a chart, not trading or anything else. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-01-06 00:23:55
