The exchange is not free of cost. That was a one time situation when we were first rolling out the exchange. The cost of the exchange is $16.00. Also keep in mind that we have the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange now as well, which costs $10.00 per month, but it does not have the Market Depth data.
