Hi here are two videos, two trades back to back. Your system keeps giving issues. First one, second take profit closed out after my first TP hit, yet the line was left open. 2nd videod entry shows my 2nd add in to the trade accumulate correct loss on the stop loss, but look at the TP, it's only calculating the profit of one contract.

We do not understand what you are trying to show in the first video, and also notice that market if touched order, has a quantity of 0! That is a Rithmic issue. You need to ask Rithmic about that and we would strongly recommend not using a Market if Touched order if Rithmic cannot handle them properly. Avoid using that order type and that probably will solve the issue.

And in the second video you are showing an order that you canceled, and it goes into a Pending Cancel state and Rithmic does not respond to the cancellation. That is a Rithmic issue!
