Dear Support, I deleted Sierra Chart Data under C:\SierraChart\Data I deleted the .dly and scid data. I wanted to reload all chart data. But now all my charts are blank and no charts are loading. Everything in your log is fine. There are no errors or issues, in fact it shows that the data was downloaded. The one thing we do see is that you have a chart for ESM23-CME, so depending on how you have the data being displayed, you may not see anything since you would need to go back to when that particular symbol was traded. Are you still having an issue? If you have a chart for ESM23-CME, there will not be any problem with this. It will show the data from when that symbol last traded, going back in time.

Do you see any values in the price scale along the right side? If not, I've run into something similar and Chart | Reload and Recalculate worked for me. I run into it sometimes when replaying data from previous contracts. |

You would need to change to one of the Advanced packages in order to be able to use the Numbers Bars. Thank you. I figured out that the basic plan has only the usage, with no data and no bar numbers. I upgraded to Integrated Advanced 11. I hope now is fine. Unfortunately, I don't find the platform user-friendly and easy to navigate. Now I have a new little issue with the chart. I truly would appreciate another piece of advice. I bought a chartbook template for EURUSD Bid-Ask footprint, but when Uploaded it shows only a basic candlestick chart. Do I have to activate the template somehow, or do I miss something? I would love to attach the .cht file for comparison, but the message box here doesn't allow me to upload the file, I don't know why. Thank you for your precious time. Regards |

If you are opening the Chartbook fine and it does not have what you are expecting it to have for the charts, then you need to ask the person you got it from. It is not a matter of not having something setup in Sierra Chart. The only thing you might need to do when you get a chartbook from someone that contains futures charts, is to update the symbols, as each service uses different symbols for futures. You would select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to do this. But since you are using a FOREX, this does not apply.
