If you are opening the Chartbook fine and it does not have what you are expecting it to have for the charts, then you need to ask the person you got it from. It is not a matter of not having something setup in Sierra Chart.

The only thing you might need to do when you get a chartbook from someone that contains futures charts, is to update the symbols, as each service uses different symbols for futures. You would select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to do this. But since you are using a FOREX, this does not apply.
