Good morning! First trade day of the year, im logged into my sierrachart and have several _MBO chartbooks open for SPY, QQQ, MSFT, AMD, GOOGL, etc... as well as the ES and NQ from the CME feed. the CME futures feeds are up and running properly but im not getting anything on any of the Nasdaq/consolidated tape feed stuff. Ive tried re-calculating and re-downloading, so far nothing. is this a problem on my end or your end? Thanks Vikingbear |

What exactly is the problem you are seeing? And please give us one symbol for which you are having the problem and we need to know the exact symbol as you have it entered in the chart.

SPY_MBO, QQQ_MBO, MSFT_MBO, AMD_MBO, and GOOGL_MBO. I'm not getting any data feeding these chartbooks- the last bar shown on my SPY_MBO charts is 12-29-23 at 18:59. Also, there is no [M] displayed on any of these charts. I haven't changed any chart or global settings since last week and everything was working properly all last week. I have checked my data supscription settings and everything is up to date and live. However, my chartbooks for ESH24_FUT_CME and NQH24_FUT_CME are working just fine. |

also, to clarify, I am subscibing to the CME market depth data for the ES and NQ, and I am subscribing to the NASDAQ totalview and the US equities Consolidated Tape data feeds for the Equities, and the _MBO chart symbols have been working flawlessly for me for the past month, until today.

...Also, I just tried changing the chart symbol settings from the GOOGL_MBO to GOOGL-NQTV, and the GOOGL-NQTV symbol is receiving current market data properly and also displaying the [M] setting on the chart. when I switch back to the GOOGL_MBO symbol, no current data.

We are not seeing any issue with this data at the moment. We are able to get the current data for SPY_MBO without an issue. On the chart for SPY_MBO please follow the instructions at the following link to force a download of the current data: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) If the above does not work, then please go through the items at the following (particularly the Session Times): Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Ok. the first option, deleting and re-downloading data, did not work. However, when following the second set of instructions, I went into Global>Symbol settings, updated from server, then disabled custom symbol settings. then, I disconnected and re-connected my data feed, and I am now receiving the real time data and everything is working properly. However: the reason I had been using custom symbol settings was because I have been using the Market Depth Historical Graph study in order to use the market depth displayed in my DOM while doing chart replay. So I had enabled custom symbol settings and changed "Record Market depth Data" to Yes. before changing the custom symbol settings values I was getting no market depth in my DOM while using chart replay. Is there a way to still record market depth data for my backtesting "replay chart" studies while not using custom symbol settings values? |

As long as you have the "Market Depth Historical Graph" on a chart for the symbol, the system will record the Market Depth data. Also, we have historical market depth data available, so you can get access to anything that was missed.
