Ok. the first option, deleting and re-downloading data, did not work. However, when following the second set of instructions, I went into Global>Symbol settings, updated from server, then disabled custom symbol settings. then, I disconnected and re-connected my data feed, and I am now receiving the real time data and everything is working properly. However: the reason I had been using custom symbol settings was because I have been using the Market Depth Historical Graph study in order to use the market depth displayed in my DOM while doing chart replay. So I had enabled custom symbol settings and changed "Record Market depth Data" to Yes. before changing the custom symbol settings values I was getting no market depth in my DOM while using chart replay. Is there a way to still record market depth data for my backtesting "replay chart" studies while not using custom symbol settings values? |
