New Sierra Update - Rithmic Stuck in perpetual "waiting to download" state

hello

picture from log attached. I updated Sierra to new build today, never ever have had this issue. Rithmic now only download about every 9 seconds, Sierra is stuck on constantly "waiting to download historical data" then flashes a snapshot update, then freezes, and then auto freezes again into "waiting to download state"

i rolled back the install and then every worked properly, but i need the new update to work with a few updated studies, please advise.

I am super confused.

ive done this 3x now so i can confirm its only in the newest build. When i roll back the install , everything is fine
i cannot fix it on my end whatever it is, ive tried everything i can think of

We have no idea why the version would make any difference. It makes absolutely no technical sense to us whatsoever. Unless we pass the version number to Rithmic. And Rithmic is treating different versions differently.


There are no changes with Rithmic and this is definitely not a Sierra Chart issue. What we have been seeing lately over the last two months or so with Rithmic is when using invalid symbol they close the connection:

There are invalid symbols in the list of symbols being subscribed to which are invalid or expired. So you need to clean those up:

odd, i only have valid symbols open. literally 2 markets.
I'm puzzled. I am super confused, but need to fix. ill try again to update with a single market open.
have no idea why invalid symbls would trigger as no invalid symbols are open.

i see what you are saying, however no charts are in my chartbook have those open
i havent traded a small cap stock {BBBY ANTF} in over 2 years

I have done a brand new fresh install of sierra
with only 1 chart open, Emini.
I am still getting the error. I do not know what to do now.

Password and account number is greyed out but confirmed everything is entered correctly. checked 5 times to make sure I wasn't doing anything dumb.
