We have no idea why the version would make any difference. It makes absolutely no technical sense to us whatsoever. Unless we pass the version number to Rithmic. And Rithmic is treating different versions differently.


There are no changes with Rithmic and this is definitely not a Sierra Chart issue. What we have been seeing lately over the last two months or so with Rithmic is when using invalid symbol they close the connection:
DTC Client socket (4) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2023-12-21 11:54:16.833
DTC Client socket (4) | Socket send error. Windows error code 10054: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. | 2023-12-21 11:54:16.845

There are invalid symbols in the list of symbols being subscribed to which are invalid or expired. So you need to clean those up:
