Charts are not displayed while opening chart book

Hi I have opened a new Sierra chart in my other laptop and I transferred files from my computer to this laptop. BUt when I try to open the chartbook, its only showing white screen only

The "Data/Trade Service Settings" on this computer are not set the same as the other computer. Therefore, your symbols are incorrect for this service.

You can do one of the following two options:
1. Open the chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This will change the symbols of the charts to match the current service.

2. Change the service settings on this computer to be the same as the other computer. Our servers show that your first computer is using the "Teton CME Order Routing", so having both computers connecting to this service is not a problem.
