The "Data/Trade Service Settings" on this computer are not set the same as the other computer. Therefore, your symbols are incorrect for this service. You can do one of the following two options: 1. Open the chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This will change the symbols of the charts to match the current service. 2. Change the service settings on this computer to be the same as the other computer. Our servers show that your first computer is using the "Teton CME Order Routing", so having both computers connecting to this service is not a problem.
