Hello, I have upgraded to a new computer for my second connection and Im getting an error CQG WebAPI logon unsuccesfull your logon is disabled. How can i connect my second PC?

This has nothing to do with a second computer - your broker has turned off your CQG account. You need to ask your broker about this. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

I'm confused why that is because my other computer gives no warnings and works fine?

If that is the particular message you get - " CQG WebAPI logon unsuccesfull your logon is disabled" then that is coming from CQG. Keep in mind that you can not make multiple connections to CQG. Although you should not get that particular message. Make sure you are disconnected on your first computer and then try again on the second. If you continue to get the message about your logon being disabled, then make sure you are using the same CQG account. But in the end, you will need to ask your broker about this, as that message comes from CQG, so there is something odd occurring. thank you for that, i logged out of my other computer and it is logging in now. Now im trying to set up my Rithmic and i can not select any server. I have attached a screenshot

Per the instructions, you need to close that window after selecting Rithmic for the service in order for the list of servers to download.
