Price level at a specific time

I want to plot a level of a price at specific time e.g. price at 8:30 or 12:00 AM.

I have tried using "High/Low for a time period-Extended", but it is calculating based on the bar close on each time period e.g. if I apply this indicator on 5 min chart vs 1 min chart the price level is different.

Is there any way to get the exact price?

I have attached screenshot of my setting of "high/low of time period - extended".

There can be multiple orders that occur within a single millisecond, and we do not keep track of the time any better than the millisecond. So you need to determine at what level you want to test for the time.

To do what you want, you would need to have a 1 Trade chart and then find the trade at the time you want.

Another option, if you are only wanting the data to specific Minute, would be to use a 1 minute chart and then look at the Open for the bar at that time. This will be the price of that first trade in that time.

Thank you so much for reply.
I tried:

Horizontal Line at Time which I found on other thread.

This worked best for me:)
