Replay not working.

Hello, My replay isn't working. The replay panel opens up but when I click Play it replays for 1 tick (I think it's 1 tick or a very small timeframe, <1s) and pauses again. Any steps I can take to troubleshoot? Thank you, Nisarg |

Typically when this occurs it is because your chart is not scrolled back, so there is nothing to replay since the chart is at the most recent bar. Make sure you are scrolled back to where you want to start from. If you are using the "Use Start Date-Time" option, then make sure that the date/time you are entering exists in the chart - you can only run a replay for the data that is loaded in the chart. Thanks John. No that's a different issue, I know what you are talking about. For today's issue the chart data is loaded, if I keep clicking Play multiple times it moves ahead a little on every click. But then pauses at each interval. The interval isn't 1s since I tried replaying 1s chart. It might be replaying 1 tick on each click or something. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-12-06 22:35:41

What are the replay settings for "Charts to Replay" and "Replay Mode" and "Speed"?

Single Chart and 1.0 I've tried other speeds like 15x, etc. Doesn't work. I have another SC instance on the same machine and replays are working for that one. |

We are not able to reproduce this with the chartbooks you have given us. The replay works just fine for us with these. Please try the replay again, but do not use the option for "Use Start Date-Time". Rather, just scroll the chart back a bit and then start the replay - this will start it from the point at which the chart is scrolled.
