Selected chart values not being displayed in tool values window.

Hi, I've got all of my chartbooks set up the same way, split in four different sections for charts. For instance "right" placement, set up one chart, duplicate and customize timeframes and any special study for that timeframe. For some reason, all of the charts in the middle position displays the chart values in tool values window, but the ones in the right position does not. I have both the tool values window open and the compact tool window but the compact one does not display the value that I want displayed which is Price Change (why the hell not? since it displays every other selectable main graph value). I've compared the chart settings between the middle ones and right ones, and can't find any difference in settings that should matter. Chart settings -> Regions: Chart region 1 And all set as visible. Chart settings -> Display -> Chart values Display main price graph values in values windows : Yes And under values to display all are checked to be shown. Charts in the middle: https://i.imgur.com/3gTc5Xj.png Would be nice with some helpful answer besides just delete and redo everything, since either I've missed some essential setting or this is a bug/broken chart setting. And yes I've tried to toggle the settings to see if It would trigger some kind of rewrite to the charts config file that fixes this but no. We are not able to reproduce this - we are seeing all of the information including "Price Chg" for all your charts. We also noticed that in the image you provided for the "Right" chart, your Tool Values Window is not scrolled all the way up. Grab the scroll bar on the right and scroll all the way up and you should see what you are missing. That fixed it, the simplest solution to the dumbest of problems as it has been frustrating the hell out of me. Time to get new glasses I guess since I haven't even noticed there is a scrollbar there until you mentioned it, and the fact that the window seems to save the state of that window depending on what chart you are hovering over as in jumping to different positions threw me off. Anyways, thanks a lot for the help, wouldn't have seen it without asking, meanwhile been going through the settings over and over again. |
