We are not able to reproduce this - we are seeing all of the information including "Price Chg" for all your charts. We also noticed that in the image you provided for the "Right" chart, your Tool Values Window is not scrolled all the way up. Grab the scroll bar on the right and scroll all the way up and you should see what you are missing.
