Uploaded Custom Alert sound cannot be tested

Hello, I uploaded several .wav files to be used as alerts, but whenever they are assigned an alert number and I prompt Sierra to test the sound they do not play. The only sound that plays is the generic computer sound not my custom alert sound. I attempted other preloaded Sierra alerts and they sound when tested only my uploaded alert sounds do not play. The files are good and have audio, I have confirmed they are playable alert sounds before and after uploading them into Sierra. I have even done market replay to ensure that the conditions are given for the alert to sound and only that plays is the default generic alert tone from the computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Can you attach one of the .wav files for us to try and see what occurs? You can attach the file privately if you do not want anyone else to have it.

It was the file. I used a different .wav file and it worked. Thank you for your time.

Yes, we see that, but we do not understand why your file is not working. We have passed this to our Senior Engineer to see if he has any insight.
