Monthly renewal jumped from 15.00 to 220.00 not sure why

Hi support team,

I did not replenish my account before the month lapsed. It was supposed to be a 15.00 (or something along those lines) total. When I login today it says I need to pay 220.00 is this a mistake or did something change?

Waiting to know what happened before I submit the payment.

Which expires December 23. If you want we can change this to monthly.

When I look in my dashboard I still have the entirety of this month which should be active. I attached a screenshot.

You are correct, you have Usage Time through December 23, 2023.

Do you want to change to paying monthly, or do you want to keep it as 6 months?

Also, note that the exchanges that you had active in November did not renew on December 1 due to insufficient funds on that date. So you may want to re-activate those exchanges. You can do so from the "Recurring Services" page, which is the one you took the image of.
